Orders, shipping and payment
Can you print my labels even if I rely on a yarn supplier?
Absolutely! All you have to do is put us in touch with your yarn supplier, who will then forward your orders to us. Once ready, we will ship your labels directly to them, and you will receive your yarns already labeled with perfect labels.
Just as you select your yarn supplier, you can finally choose the printing company for your label printing. Remember: the label is your first business card!
How does the shipping of my labels work?
We ship your labels wherever you want – directly to you or your yarn supplier – with a guarantee of timely delivery that meets your requests.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to monitor the shipping status at any time.
What are the shipping times for my labels?
Shipping times vary based on factors related to the destination country.
For this reason, we invite you to inform us at the time of placing your order (or requesting a quote) of the address where you would like the delivery to be made, so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate.

How long does it take to produce my labels?

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, to optimize the production process and ensure the highest quality of labels, our minimum order is 1000 units.
The choice to set a minimum order quantity allows us to offer you a high quality service at competitive prices, guaranteeing you maximum satisfaction.
Why don't you have a price list?
Every brand is unique, just like you. My BallBand does not offer standardized yarn labels, but tailor-made solutions based on the needs of each customer.
A standard price list or an e-commerce solution cannot take into account the unique nuances of each yarn brand.
For this reason, we have decided to offer our customers only personalized quotes.

What information do you need to create my personalized quote?
Based on your needs, you just need to send us an email at info@myballband.com with the following information:
➔ If you already have a defined design or want to restyle your current one:
- PDF file of your design;
- label size (height and width in centimetre);
- quantity of labels you would like to print;
- delivery address
➔ If you need to create a new design:
- PDF file of your logo;
- additional information (for example: yarn name, contacts, website, yarn composition, washing symbols, etc.);
- label size (height and width in centimetre);

What type of paying method do you accept?
You can pay safely and reliably via PayPal or bank transfer.
Labels
What is the difference between a yarn label and a skein label?
They have different shapes and closing methods; they're in fact suitable for different types of yarn.
FOR SKEINS, CAKES AND CONES:
- Rectangular shape;
- To close it, you need to use a sticker, a piece of tape or a small drop of glue.
FOR YARN BALLS AND DONUTS:
- Special arrow shape, characterized by one or two tips at the edge;
- To apply it, simply insert the tips into the yarn's loops, so that the label remains “secured” to the yarn by itself.
Is the shape of my label among those you can print?
We can create any shape you want for your yarn labels, whatever it is.
In addition, we already have more than 500 die cuts of different shapes and sizes available for yarn labels.
